• Data Entry and Book-keeping; Clerical duties, Have knowledge in Tally ERP 9 software.
• Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, disseminating, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
• Coordinate with all departments. Porficiency in MS word, excel etc.
• Develop, manage and maintain internal databases in support of academic departments. Perform HR duties, Screening, conduct preliminary interviews, monitored the staffs, Legalities.
