الوصف الوظيفي
This position is accountable for:
- Closely monitor the project execution on day-to-day basis as per drawings.
- Ensure construction quality through close monitoring of step by step standard construction procedure
Requirements
The qualified candidate shall have the following
- Diploma in Civil Eng.
- Should have over 10 years of experience of which, 3 to 4 years should be in role with responsibility of managing a large construction sites for Commercial / housing projects/ Industrial sheds.
- Must have handled projects of commercial / housing and Industrial Sheds.
- Exposure to West Africa will be an added advantage.

Handling all day to day construction site affairs & all aspects related to Commercial, Office, Residential and Industrial and issues arising out of its project execution
Software techniques Incl M S Office, M S Projects Staad Pro etc.,
Quantity Surveying process and techniques incl. Cost estimates, Rate analysis, Comparative matrix, RFQ,BOQ,BOM, scrutinize/Certification of Valuations/Bills.
- Knowledge in PEB.
- This is a purely bachelor status position initially and on a two years contract.
