- Organized and handled required electrical activities on six CSD/water production lines and their utilities which reduced electrical down time by 41% of total efficiency & improved productivity by 56%.
- Designed and implemented different systems for monitoring and enhancing maintenance procedures to increase equipment effectiveness in addition to applying and improving the Preventive maintenance (PM).
- Supported the Energy Health and Safety (EHS) department with all required electrical work leading to reduction of water consumption by 16%, power consumption by 37%, and having minimum injuries.
- Ensured the availability of electrical spare parts for all lines with minimum inventory cost by planning their stock levels, ordering them from suitable vendors and following with their purchasing cycle using SAP.
- Planned and handled personnel availability and training requirements in electrical department which resulted in achieving operations targets and reducing staff overtime by 10%.
- Provided electrical support for projects department to ensure projects' on time delivery within budget.
- Implemented regularly scheduled testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of electrical
- And electronic equipment; including Halon and battery back-up systems

- Drafted new P.M. procedures for new and existing production lines, along with electrical troubleshooting guides and inspection procedures.
