Manager, AXAPTA Technical

• Technical Skills
  
  Should have completed at least four end to end life cycle implementation.
  Very strong technical knowledge in Dynamics AX in terms of architecture, X++, .Net, SSRS and Integration. Good exposure to D365 F&O, D365 Retail is welcome
  Moderate understanding of functionalities of Dynamics AX 2012 / D365 and familiarity with one or two industry segments like Manufacturing, Retail, Profession services, Automotive etc.
  Hands-on implementation experience in Dynamics AX 2012 / D365 covering at least 6-8 implementations. Exposure to pre-sales situation will be an added advantage
  Experience in creating implementation proposals for clients is welcome
  Engineering degree from an institute of repute is a must. Relevant technical certifications will be given weightage
  
  
• Managerial Skills
  
  Run Microsoft AXAPTA / D365 mid to large size implementation projects end to end for local, inbound and outbound customers
  Responsible for growing a strong technical team in D365 F&O D365 Retail and build deeper technical / architectural competencies in D365 F&O and/or D365 Retail within the company
  Hands-on role expected in D365 implementation and D365 / Dynamics AX support engagements
  Be the anchor and play the mentorship role for complex implementations and support
  Provide support to pre-sales team for proposals in Dynamics AX / D365, as required
  Travel at the client site, as when required
  Responsible for customer outcome and satisfaction
  Track project costs in order to meet budget
  Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  
  

Requirements

• Must have more than 10 Year experience
  
• Must have architectural skills, able to design / manage team of technical consultants & can work on individual capacity.
  
• Industry experience in Retail, Healthcare, SCM, Distribution, Manufacturing or F&B a plus
