• Collaborating with Functions leaders, the Value Stream leader is accountable and responsible to align Functions & Strategy, delivering end-to-end services & solutions.Leveraging capabilities and capacity with the core functions teams, he/she continuously drive service improvements enabled by new technologies, cost optimization (providing transparency), automation, constantly reviewing/challenging ways of working.
  
• Partner with Functions;Procurement, Quality, Methods & Production, driving delivery of projects & services, ensuring contribution to business strategy and objectives.
  
• Interact with senior Function stakeholders, manage the strategic portfolio and agreed roadmap Manage the KPIs and dashboards to monitor agreed deliverables
  
• Act as the champion for services towards the Functions and represent the holistic view & strategy of the Functions within the organization.
  
• Supported by the core functions, maximize value of all services/projects delivered to Functions.
  
• Work in conjunction with core functions, foster innovation through guard rails to deploy innovative solutions that balances the use of emerging technologies and the innovative use of existing platforms.
  
• Provide effective communication & experience defining Transformation Journeys which ensures successful and sustainable adoption of solutions.Enable rapid, repeatable, and sustainable adoption of leading end to end processes as well as the deployment of enterprise solutions.
  
• Generate strategic value, innovation and enable transformation for Functions by aligning and orchestrating business agility.
  

Profil

As our ideal candidate,

• You have 10 years of relevant experience
  
• You have Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  
• Deep knowledge of processes, tools and delivery model for the function areas covered
  
• You have solid understanding of Industry leading practices and processes enabled by packaged applications
  
• You demonstrate capabilities to drive transformation initiative
  
• You have experience in deploying successfully major solutions in a context of major transformation
  
• You are capable to motivate Project Team to maintain momentum of project delivery against changing and occasionally conflicting priorities
  
• You have strong knowledge of the Function processes and solutions to define the appropriate strategies, aligned with business strategies.
  
• You are capable at solving complex business and technology problems
  
• You have strong communication and influencing skills to lead solution adoption
  
• You are capable of negotiating with external suppliers and driving performance to meet business commitments
  
• You can influence and translate needs to strategic roadmap and solutions
  
• You can align functions objectives delivered through business and technology solutions
  
• You can manage value and provide a transparent view on the cost of service, potential levers for cost optimization and measure of business value providing insights to align future investments and forecast demands.
  
• You can lead internal and external teams in a complex global environment
  
• You have knowledge of agile, lean and continuous improvement principles and tools
  
• You are capable to define complex problems and perform diagnostics
  
• You can identify and act on the critical path and remove bottlenecks
