We are currently seeking Service Catalogue Manager to join our team. Service Catalogue Management provides and maintains an up-to-date Service Catalogue that includes the existing IT Services that are provided to the customer. It ensures that each service is recorded with the relevant details, and that the details within these services are accurately maintained and accessible to the approved user group. The Service Catalogue serves as the central source of information on the IT Services being delivered by IT and represents an accurate, consistent and complete picture of the IT Services as required by the customer user community.

In your role, you will ...

• Supporting the Service Catalogue Developer in developing solution proposals
  
• Participating in and approving design reviews to conform alignment with architecture and strategy, confirming dependencies
  
• Updating the architecture decisions document, as required
  
• Documenting the appropriate design changes
  
• Translating Business Requirements into technical requirements
  
• Assisting in service decomposition and service design as necessary
  
• Align queries with requester
  
• Evaluating Service Request Catalogue update requests for completeness
  
• Configuring Service Request Catalogue offering specifications
  
• Verifying the integrity and functionality of the service offerings
  
• Defining and maintaining access rights to the Service Request Catalogue Verifying new or updated service offerings in the Service Request Catalogue tool
  
• Ensure/validate that the Service Request Catalogue is published in a timely manner with accurate information about requestable services
  
• Verifying that the appropriate views of the Service Request Catalogue are provided to the right users
  
• Confirming that the request components are placed accurately in correct queues
  
• Verifying accuracy of Service Request Catalogue content with stakeholders
  
• Developing and finalizing the schedule to add content into Service Request Catalogue
  
• Ensure testing of the associated workflows during UAT testing and prepare UAT document.
  

Profil

As our ideal candidate,

• You have5 years of hands-on experience in building catalog items in ServiceNow
  
• You have5 years of hands-on experience with workflows and orchestration within ServiceNow
  
• You have5 years of hands-on experience with managing catalog user criteria
  
• You have5 years of hands-on experience with managing multiple catalogs in ServiceNow
  
• You haveExpertise on Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  
• You hareGraduation in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.
