Responsibilities:
Guide and ensure development team towards successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Collaborate with other developers, project executive, QA tester and UI/UX designer
to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain the web and business applications.
Analyse and resolve technical problems and team member s blockers.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time.
Involve in typical software lifecycle design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation
Manage and maintain the code quality of team.
Provide support, ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
Responsible for the growth, development, and coordination of your development team.
Research and evaluate new software technology stacks for project and product development.
Improve the development life cycle.
What you should do:
Oversee Junior/Senior Web Developers and evaluate their performances.
Attend to project briefing meeting with Project Manager / Project Executive to
gather detailed project scopes, including objectives, deliverables, and timeline.
Oversee and monitor the progress for the assigned projects, ensuring that all work is
delivered on-time and quality standards are met before project deliveries.
Anticipate potential issues and proactively seeking solutions internally.
Inspire team members with positive feedback and attitudes and provide the required
mentorship to boost developer s productivity and efficiency.
Enforce development guidelines and best practices.
Works with key stakeholders to make critical decisions.
Requirements
Excel in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Creative, self-motivated, dedicated, good team player and able to work on multiple
projects simultaneously with given timeline

independently with minimal supervision
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight timeline
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
Aptitude to learn new technology.
Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
2+ years of experience in web development or similar software development roles.
1+ years of team lead or management experience.
Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Preferably with Laravel or other similar MVC frameworks experience
Experience with Git, and other version control, continuous integration and delivery
tools.
Familiar with LAMP stack.
