About the Work:

• Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
  

• Create, modify, update and implement the company s policies.
  

• Develop risk management strategies
  

• Design and oversee control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies
  

• Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  

• Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  

• Design ongoing training programs for internal teams
  

• Liaise with other department heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with the business policies
  

• Prepare reports for leadership team for all non-conformity issues
  

About You:

• Bachelors degree in any of the related fields BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration
  

• In-depth knowledge of the industry s standards and regulations
  

• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  

• A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
  

• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
  

• An analytical mind able to see the complexities of procedures and regulations
  

• Excellent communication skills
  

• BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
