- Seeking for new opportunities for Engagement activations across channels (omni-channel approach)
- Manage communication and engagement with Altibbi users and subscribers.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices in weekly/monthly reports, and then acting on the information.
- Develop segmentation strategy, leveraging internal tools to identify and target high propensity users; identify and leverage new or emerging patterns in users’ behavior to inform strategy and engage new segments.
- Be knowledgeable with data and leverage analytics tools and resources to understand and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Develop and drive execution of marketing plans and strategies for ongoing users’ engagement.
- Define marketing plans and programs necessary to hit engagement targets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the target audience, ensuring the plans are relevant and impactful.
