As PMO Manager Portfolio Management, you will be part of a team interfacing with all areas of Bombardier and as such you will manage the PMO governance team with a delivery and efficiency / accuracy mindset. You will also be involved into various types of projects and transformational initiatives.

In your role, you will be Responsible to:

  • Manage a cross-functional team of IT Project controllers and IT PMO resources (10+ internal & external).
  • Support the IT PMO resource life cycle including resource management, onboarding, resource hiring, assignment & leveling.
  • Ensure IT Portfolio budgets data quality including reporting and PMO KPI.
  • Drive IT PMO efficiency and supporting projects activities such as Procurement and Finance.
  • Enforce IT PMO methodology, usage of standard tools and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Drive standard tools optimization for effective IT portfolio management within the framework of the organization.
  • Maintain standardized and relevant document templates into central repository for IT community.
  • Enforce best practices, knowledge transfer and lessons learned within IT community

Also part your role, you will:

  • Contribute to the daily operations related to the delivery of IT projects/programs including strategy & delivery approach.
  • Ensure IT Portfolio budgets and forecasts are in line with organization objectives.
  • Promote knowledge transfer and lessons learnt activities within the PMO and IT project teams to drive best practice
  • Maintain required Supplier project delivery Governance in place.


Profil

As our ideal candidate,

  • You have experience in managing IT PMO team, resources assignments and levelling (2+ years).
  • You have experience in analyzing and reporting on IT Portfolio activities such as budgets actuals and forecasts.
  • You have experience and able to provide budget actuals and planning input to IS Stakeholders.
  • You understand project management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
  • You have experience in team management and the ability to manage and motivate PMO resources.
  • You have strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to an international dynamic working environment,
  • You are business-fluent English (written and spoken is mandatory)
  • You have strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills
  • You have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
  • You are motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and direction.
  • You are committed to quality and details, both written and numerical.
