Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ability to architect/design/develop with minimum requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, scrum leads, developers, and managers
• Act as a technical lead/mentor for developers in day to day and overall project areas
• Ability to lead a team of agile developers
• Experience building environment and architecture and design guides and architecture and application blueprint
• Work with product owners and customers to understand use case and business requirements
• Assist with maintenance and prioritization of the product development backlog
• Understand user requirements and build solution architecture and be able to break it into high level & low-level design
• Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback
• Run daily scrum meetings and track tasks via JIRA
• Work on project KPIs and metrics and formulate status reports based on the
