Job Description:

• This role will support the Returns, Recommerce and Sustainability Finance team with ad-hoc reporting, data pulls relating to monthly financials, estimating carbon emissions avoided from initiatives, deep dive data accuracy and automating/scaling current reporting processes.

Purpose of Team

• The HM supports transportation sustainability and they need 1 more person to help with project deliverables and need an additional headcount. Need help automating planning files.

• Needs help adjusting reporting and other aspects needed for finance.

Typical Day in the Role

Typical Day in life

• A lot of this will be around the system sustainability space. They have tools that forecast emissions from today to 2040. They need help cleaning up forecasting emission tools and help with automating it.

• They expect someone to help with automation, building out, and helping create logic/building this out.

• Helping with monthly processes that finance participates in monthly reporting state of business, what it looks like for remainder of the year etc..

• They are looking to have anywhere between 1 -2 years of experience in the business analyst space.

• Experience with automation and building tools/creating reports is a plus.

• Making our tools more scalable and less manual churn we do today and helping with creating more accuracy around it.

• If we are able to say that our emissions report are more accurate and being able to clean up the forecasting files that are painful/having errors & not being able to scale.

• If we can build scalable solutions would be huge and metrics of success in this role.

Best vs Average

• Best candidate would have strong Microsoft Excel skills. Someone who is curious and dives into how emissions are calculated & being able to partner & support the transportation meeting.

• Any C+ or coding skills would be helpful
