- Reporting into the Programme Director providing support and leadership
- Provide leadership to the programme through the programme leadership team
- Directing inspiring, motivating and encouraging a high performing team environment.
- Leading your designated team through the full project cycle from establishment, design, procurement, construction to handover
- Establishment of the project controls, performance management tools and key performance indicator reporting aligned to the overall project strategy.
- Establish and agree governance strategies and organisational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple projects.
- Improve efficiencies and effectiveness of project delivery within the wider portfolio
