- Preparation of internal Value Reports monthly.
- Preparation of Valuations/Applications monthly with full supporting documentations in an efficient and timely manner.
- Preparation of Cost Report to the Clients monthly, or as when requested, with full supporting documentations.
- Procurement, evaluating, adjudicating, tender reporting and making tender recommendations.
- Monitoring, evaluating, making recommendation and preparation of payments certificates through to agreements/contracts final accounts.
- Preparing and participating in negotiation of final account settlements.
- Production and rigorous management of Early Warning Notices.
- Review, negotiation and make recommendation on Compensation Events/Variations and extension of time claims.
- Attending & participating in meetings focusing on cost reporting and provide advice as required.
- Preparing preliminary & detailed budget estimates, cost plans, cost checks and cash flow projections.
