Engagement Description:

This position requires the candidate to:

Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on a variety of social media channels
Schedule and post organic content to various social media platforms
Social media post copywriting
Upload content to blog websites, including video and downloadable files
Analyze and Report on organic social media performance, web traffic, and online community conversations
Develop and deliver presentations to internal team members and leadership
Generate ideas to improve social media content and community engagement for Business Partners
Support special projects as assigned
Maintain an understanding of the corporate communications strategy and standards to support the development of communication plans that support strategic initiatives

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

Experience scheduling, posting, and managing brand social media page content across a variety of social media platforms
Familiarity with social media community management, including best practices for comment monitoring and response
Basic WordPress knowledge and/or experience uploading content to websites

Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:

Social media copywriting
Experience utilizing social and digital analytic platforms and creating social media performance reports
Three (3) years of professional social media communications experience is required
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently while meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships within the organization
Comfortable presenting social media content plans and reports to Business Partners and educating them on best practices

Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

Knowledge of Sprout Social or similar content/community management tool
Previous experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
Digital photo and video content creation

Education/Certifications Include:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field is required
