DESCRIPTION
As we look to develop, build and enable systems with the modern Authentication strategies, we are looking for someone to lead the program to provide project management, governance and metrics reporting of the program to senior stakeholders across the firm.

The role calls for build strong project management and governance oversite across the various technological business organizations and to steer the conversations on Modern Authentication that lead to providing a more robust, secure and scalable Authentication architecture across all platforms.

The individual will be responsible for working across the global organization to drive technical conversations on the modern authentication approaches, gain approvals from the governance committee, drive creation of the roadmap and tracking of the adoption including decommissioning of older technologies.

The individual will require to organize and lead meetings with large groups of technical individuals at all levels of the organization to drive consensus on common approaches. The role requires regular interactions with the senior leaders of the firms including senior MDs, CIOs and Regulators.

QUALIFICATIONS
Strong project management experience with working knowledge of Authentication systems is required for the role.
An individual with 10-15+ years of project management experience would be necessary to be successful in this role.
Very strong written and verbal communications are necessary for the role. Additionally able to articulate various strategies and providing clear statuses to senior management is critical to ensure success of the program
Understanding SDLC/Agile development practices are required
Knowledge of authentication systems, security architecture and their inner workings are a plus but not required
Waterfall & Agile skills
Microsoft e-suites
