- Work with Head of Treasury to develop strategy to optimize the capital structure through evaluation of financing mix between debt and equity.
- Understand the drivers, key processes, revenue and cost streams and future plans for each functional area of the business and assist department in developing medium and long=term financial plans.
- Plan, coordinates and directs the activities of assigned personnel in the section. Performs supervisory duties and exercise financial authority at the level established by management of the position.
- Carries out similar or related duties.
- Manage the development of medium to long-term strategic and financial plan of the company. Work with business department to understand key drivers of business, develop business plans and critically review actual performance with business owners.
- 12 years’ experience in management accounting, budgeting and financial modeling/ analysis experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ engineering/ economics.
