- Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Pricing & Revenue Management , Reservations Operations, Help desk & Support Performs supervisory duties and exercises financial authority at the level established by Management for the position.
- Directs the definition of management objective relating to passenger marketing pricing and sales and participates in the overall corporate market plan and translates these objectives into actual targets.
- Directs the preparation and continued maintenance of the divisions data base and related market information system, to provide required information for effective pricing. Ensures the proper organization of records, statistics and files so as to facilitate the retrieval of required information.
- Carries out other similar or related duties, such as directing the training and career development of personnel under his supervision, attending various departmental meetings, ensuring the preparation of regular management reports, directing ad hoc studies, etc
