Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Lab Technician to work on-site with our client, the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits. Under close supervision, the Laboratory Technician will perform routine laboratory procedures using aseptic technique, in compliance with specifications in all Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Test Procedures used to support testing and release of product.

Responsibilities:

• Basic virology and microbiology techniques & knowledge
• Aseptic technique
• Excellent Organization
• Verbal and Written Communication skills

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent (BS Preferred). Job relevant position and/or post high school training required
• Experience working with Mammalian Cell Culture and Viral Assays, GLP documentation
