- Contribute towards the formulation and implementation of the company strategies and business plans which enable the achievement of mission and vision.
- Develop the Medical Division’s business plans in line with overall approved strategy to achieve primary goals-, short- and long-term objectives.
- Develop clinical strategies and programs in accordance with both the internal and external operating environments and the strategic direction set by Company’s top management.
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and business plans aimed at continuous quality improvement and aligning the Company’s with relevant accreditation standards, monitor and review business and operational results, and ensure attaining the Medical Division’s objectives.
