- Leads strategy development, analysis of profitability drivers, product integration, and product development for various components of the Private Wealth Advisory initiative
- Performs market research, identifies market segments, develops product specifications and incorporates requirements into planning processes
- Advocates the growth and utilization of Private Wealth Advisory resources and services within the firm
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Investment Banking/Capital Markets and other corporate entities to generate referrals to select PWA Financial Advisors
- Develops marketing campaigns and communications plans
- Implements strategies and tactical plans across organizational lines including direction to financial planning, investment management, sales management and marketing professionals
- Develops and delivers presentations to groups, both at home office and conferences
- Provides analysis and reports on key success metrics for senior management
- Performs management activities, including identifying performance problems and approving recommendations for remedial action
- Bring global and regional connectivity to life, and ensure that the team is aware of global Wealth Advisory developments and trends with respect to open architecture
