- Preparing the Tower cranes for erecting/installing on construction site.
- Installation / assembly / erection of Tower cranes on site.
- Dismantling of Tower cranes on site.
- Physically fit as manual work is required.
- Work at height.
- Work as team.
- Responsible for overall safe operation to carry out installation or dismantling of cranes.
- Ensure that the cranes are installed or dismantled according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining of crane accessories.
- Handle pre-delivery inspection of cranes and logistics arrangement for delivery of cranes.
- Responsible for safe loading and unloading of cranes both at yard and job site.
- Ensure cranes are certified and inspected by Professional Engineer (P.E.) as per MOM requirements.
- Ensure documents are in good order before commencement of crane operations.
- Ensure crane components, lifting gears and accessories are stored orderly and safely.
