JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To support the process engineering team.

• This role will be in charge of assisting project managers/process engineers in organizing current and projected site projects.

• This involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

• This position will also be an administrator within Smartsheet planning tool, support documentation DMS routing/approvals, and helping to ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Experience coordinating within scheduling/planning tool

• Potential to be perm

• 40 hours/week
