- Provide technical and operational oversight to ensure responsiveness to activity objectives and assurance that activities are carried out in a timely, effective, efficient way, with appropriate systems for quality control and financial accountability.
- Provide strategic leadership to collaborate and coordinate with other donor- funded activities in Jordan including Government of Jordan and USAID/Jordan
- Coordinate with numerous government institutions and senior-level national and county-level government officials
- Supervises development and submission of project deliverables and provides timely and accurate reporting and briefings to USG/Stakeholders on all program areas;
- Oversees implementation of project monitoring and evaluation activities, and ensures that project results and targets are met;
- Provide mentorship and oversight to technical leads , ensuring youth activities, strategies, and adopted approaches adequately respond to youth needs and foster youth participation.
- Actively engage key national and local government institutions, civil society, private sector, and other USAID implementing partners to provide enhanced coordinated efforts in youth services, policies, and other practices.
- Effectively create opportunities for collaborating , engaging, and strengthening youth-led and youth-serving organizations .
- Pursue innovative and relevant livelihood ventures that are market responsive and aligned with youth interest.
