- Ensure that in store execution solutions are viable and representative of what is needed to drive brand and PEP objectives e.g: NPD distribution ask possible vs store attributes. Ensure X-functional stakeholder co-ordination and planning incorporated into Perfect Store Development. Brand plans, NPD timing and GTM targets Net Rev Price Pack Architecture plans and key price points POS budget, development timelines and planning to enable Perfect Store vision Lead the Customer Value Offer and Picture of Success creation, in conjunction with Center of Excellence COE to create execution enablers for GTM teams: I. Planogram II. Must stock range III. Kit infrastructure (Racks) required IV. Granular tracking / score carding v KPIs (PACE PS dashboard analytics) Leading BU teams to understand Scorecard tracking, ROI of plans; facilitate course correction and identify capabilities/performance gaps.
