To be responsible for the revenue generation of exhibition stands and sponsorship sales to achieve agreed sales targets.
Maintain regular contact and visit existing & potential clients to ensure current and new business is developed
To visit exhibitions and other events to make contact with current clients and develop relationships with potential clients
Develop sponsorship and branding opportunities within your product location and develop cross product opportunities.
Monitor sales figures and report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
To liaise with the relevant partners to ensure all sales activities are being maximized for both parties
Achieve Sales and Sponsorship targets.
Accurately brief and work with the Operations team and Partners to ensure your client requirements are being met
Have a good understanding of your industry and forge relationships with current/new associations and organisations to maintain/gain support in relevant industries, some of which may be non-commercial
Examine the short- and long-term development of the product throughout the marketplace, in order to identify new business/acquisition opportunities
To understand the budget and work within those constraints Update the budget tracker
Regular and accurate forecasting of the project
Overall performance against budget responsibility
Sales experience for not less than 3 years
Very good spoken and written level of English
Exhibition/ Conference/ Summit/ Media/ Advertising/ Publishing or Sales experience is a must
Skills:
Able to demonstrate strong business planning, forecasting and cost control skills
An appreciation of marketing and public relations principles
Ability to deliver budgeted revenue
