- As part of a Project Management team, strategically plan and manage logistics with Contractors across multiple projects
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors and project teams. Manage the phasing and sequencing across projects.
- Assist the Contractors resolve any issues
- Assist the Contractors identify and address any constraints
- Oversee and report on the performance of consultants and contractors
- Oversee an agreed scope of work and/or the operational workload of a consultant team and/or contractors; ensuring allocated work is completed/resources are fully utilised in order to deliver against an agreed programme of work
