Quality Assurance Specialist

Conduct comprehensive tests regarding applications to detect all errors that might be noticed by the users of these systems.

Share the found issues and bugs with the application development team to take the proper actions accordingly.

Consistently following up with the development team till the bugs got resolved

Communicate with the development team as soon as errors are discovered and retested.

Prepare periodical quality assurance checks and reports.

Improve QA process to achieve business goals

Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports

Make recommendations for improvement

Create training materials and operating manual

Conduct the following types of tests:

o Unit Test

o Performance Test

o Regression Test

o Compatibility Test

o Functional Test

o Integration Test

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent Information and computer systems.

3+ Years of proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role

Experience in recording observations and errors (Bug sheet) and issuing reports and the ability to deal with (TFS).

Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance

Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent data collection and analysis skills

Strong attention to detail

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
