Job Role
Quant is a prominent consultancy that provides services and products in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. We aim to empower aspiring businesses and dynamic governments to become data-driven, allowing them to optimize operations, enhance efficiency and augment decision-making.
The main focus of the Graphic Designer is to conceptualize, execute, and maintain all of Quant s visual identity graphic design needs such as marketing & advertising materials, user interface visual elements for web pages and applications, publication graphic design such as newsletters and annual reports, and motion graphic design needs.
They should be assisting various departments in translating various aspects into appealing and understandable visual language to promote Quant s brand awareness and strength. They will also be working with external parties and agencies on visual design development and ensuring that Quant s standards are applied.
The main responsibility
- Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
- Produce ads, edit photos, and create visual designs following brand guidelines and instructions from the Art Director.
- Assist in the development of the overall look or style of a campaign or brand.
- Keep up-to-date on industry knowledge.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements
- Education degree in graphic designing or a related field.
- 2 years experience in art and design or educational equivalent.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and design for digital including ads, apps, websites, social media, and ongoing campaigns.
- Experience in business branding.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-departmental team to brainstorm, strategize, and produce results for clients.
- Communication skills in order to listen to client ideas and effectively work with other members.
- Flexibility- able to organize and capable of handling many projects at once.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Proficiency in Internet, Emails, and Microsoft Office.
