Assess the integration of 3PL partners across the DCs and packing centres across the zonesLeading the development of a detailed and standard picking solutions menu for the zonesPartnering with supply planning and customer care to drive a step change in customer serviceTo prepare yearly business plans budgets for all logistics activities for UAE. To be responsible for the efficiency of all distribution centres in UAE. To continuously investigate and propose more efficient and cost saving ways of distributing products to stores.
