UI / UX Researcher

Job Description

• Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies.
• Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching or designing.
• Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
• Produce and track key performance indicators.
• Be involved in sketching and prototyping before passing the design onto the development team.
• Put users at the center of a design to make it simple and easy to use.
• Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including product designers, product managers, and web and mobile developers.

Job Requirements

• Flexible and self driven.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in UX.
• Fluency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong knowledge about Web, IOS, and Android Design Guidelines.
• Good experience with wire framing tools (figma, XD, Sketch, etc).
• Great Experience with analytics tools (ex: google analytics, crazy egg, ...).
• Proven UX experience with an actual product and UX metrics.
• Strong UX portfolio stacked with case studies.
• Have strong communication and presentation skills in order to present findings to stakeholders.
