Are you passionate about solve business complex challenges and supporting them through critical transformations? As a member of business development and strategy team, you will use state-of-the-art tools, technology, and software to advise on and deliver customized strategic change management programs that encompass technology implementations, business process redesign, culture changes, strategic shifts, or workforce transformations for industry-leading clients.
Overview

As Digital Transformation Professional, you will work with business development, operations, sales, finance, HR teams using agile, data-driven, digital solutions to address the human factors affecting an organizations ability to reach its strategic objectives, including how the workforce is organized, how to define and develop the workforce, and how to cultivate, engage, evolve, measure, and incentivize the workforce.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Work with cross functional teams for design and execution of Digital Transformation activities for short and large-scale transformation projects including, but not limited to, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, communications, organization design and governance, and culture solutions that enable the organization to meet and exceed its digitalization goals.
  • Utilize the company s technologies and tools to develop the overall digital transformation strategy and detailed plan(s) for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and emerging technology initiatives.
  • Provide the required support/troubleshooting to end user and escalate application s errors to vendor development team.
  • Manage, develop and deploy user adoption programs for technical implementations, digitalization, and emerging technology initiatives.
  • Execute digital, data visualizations of implemented work, apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, and use assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
  • Define future learning opportunities to enable the use of digital transformative technologies.
  • Communicate digital enablement concepts to business audiences.
  • Translate business needs into associated technical requirements, and understand solutions that will incorporate these requirements.
  • Understand end-to-end view of different departmental operations.
  • Demonstrate how analytics/models can be interpreted and applied to a business issue
  • Advise the business users on best practices and market trends impacting them during their digital journey.
  • Deliver in Agile methodology to enhance solution quality, enable flexibility, and identify new growth areas.
  • Oversee work performed by other related members as required.
  • Ensure digital transformation activities are aligned with the overall project timeline and key milestones, and are integrated with other work streams, as required
  • Manage overall digital transformation work plan, conduct weekly status reporting, and identify issues and manage risks.
  • Develop and maintain contact with decision makers.
  • Responsible for managing and leading business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, business presentations, etc.
  • Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

Operations and Digital Transformation Practice

The Operations and Digital Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our business leaders move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience in digital transformation including change management.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives for clients that have migrated from legacy technologies to cloud technologies.
  • Previous experience on technology implementation projects (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce.com, custom solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience in business development and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, accounting, and HR processes is a must.
  • Business strategy and market development knowledge with demonstrated analytical and business modeling skills.
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Personal Skills (MUST):
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation.
  • Handling many tasks & responsibilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
