Head of Operations Exams

• Study and understand the challenges within the environment we are operating within and ensure having a clear operation plan strategy that includes building up an efficient and effective exams operation in line with the SM&OP strategy.
• Ensure the implementation of a range of standardised, operational procedures and systems within a given work plan to achieve specified, clearly measurable targets (revenue, volume, time and/or cost).
• Work with internal stakeholders to better understand market opportunities.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions and invovation for exams operation
• Collaborating with other senior management to formulate strategy
Business and financial planning
• Work closely with the M&L management team; BDMs, Marketings, CSs, and Operation Leads to develop an annual business plan to protect and grow the business.
• Work on completing the fiancnail business plan in line with regional guidance
