الوصف الوظيفي
- Manages, oversees and directs the Corporate Governance Team.
- Delegates financial authority at the levels assigned.
- Work with commercial team to develop products that meet Amiral’s consumer facing strategy.
- Ensures that all required product testing is carried out to the required specifications and schedules.
- Adopts an innovative and creative approach to the research and development requirements of Amiral.
- Advises on content and ingredient safety and allergen management in Amiral’s products.
- Identifies and support cost savings initiatives.
- Arranges test laboratory and factory trials with operations, process and site technical teams at relevant sites.
- Ensures all aspects of document control and process relating to Research and Development. Maintain contact with internal/external functions and experts to drive innovation.
