- Support with the Performance Management System -communication, tracking, analysis and reporting
- Plan and diarize all events such as - trainings, awareness sessions and firmwide events
- Plan and diarize new joiners induction - sessions, feedback, communication, analysis
- Support with the internal recognition scheme - administration, communication, consolidation and reporting
- Support with Career Fairs and University events - contact sheets, events calendars, logistics, registration, attendance, giveaway, etc.
- L&D Management - CPD Hour management - reconciliation, analysis and reporting
- Time sheet & LMS Administration & Support
- Demonstrate at all times the firms values and Global Behaviors
- Work with quality and high standards in mind in order to meet deadlines and expectation on assigned projects
- Positively and actively contribute to HR meetings and bring in ideas and insights
- Bring structure to unstructured concepts by unleashing the power of research and exploration
- Understand the firms policies and procedures and maintain appropriate levels of control over access to, usage and maintenance of personal data of self and others
- Carry out evaluations, analytics, reconciliations and reporting on different tasks and projects/deliverables looking for improvement opportunities and leverage on learning
- Contribute and support to ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
