الوصف الوظيفي
o Lead the management of the business transformation of BAS into a commercially competitive organization through driving the introduction and effective adoption of appropriate frameworks, working closely with the CEO and Executive management to facilitate the establishment of strategic direction, directing the reporting and governance of the strategic projects portfolio, directing the monitoring and reporting of strategic performance, and leading the recommendations of key business improvements.
o Lead the implementation of appropriate change management tools and techniques in liaison with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure the effective and successful delivery of business transformation.
