الوصف الوظيفي
- Couch the support team, monitor their performance and provide periodic reports.
- Coordinate with the other sector teams to handle security and network requests
- Provide the second level support for escalated tickets to facilitate the usage of ESCC implemented software and security solutions.
- Manage and organize the communication with ITIDA’s CSPs (Certificate Service Providers) for consultation and identifying best solutions for technical issues.
- Design and implement the information security polices and requirements for the public and the private sectors using different security techniques (Firewalls, IPSs, Proxies, etc...).
- Supervise the implementation of any required new servers to support the DSCC (Digital Signature Competence Center) internal teams.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Lead, organize and follow up with IT teams the connectivity, accessibility, security requests, and publishing new services
- Lead, administrate and support ticketing systems
- Evaluate software and hardware requirements for PKI/cryptography infrastructure.
- Provide problem analysis and solution development activities
