- Providing leadership to both our clients and the in-country cost team and being the face of Mace with all KSA clients in relation to cost consultancy.
- Developing new and existing client relationships and opportunities.
- •Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of new cost consultancy opportunities.
- Recruiting, training and developing highly technical people to support the goal of technical excellence.
- Promoting effective communication both within the team and with clients.
- Managing and liaising with the head of the cost consultancy to agree with the in-country strategic direction for cost consultancy.
- Being accountable for QAQC of the team deliverables and ensuring that best practice is implemented, whilst working closely with the specialist knowledge hub to make sure that we work in a smart and efficient manner.
