Education Coordinator

Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with office equipment/technology including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Manage all aspects of Botany Bin development, including conception, research, writing, oversight of graphics and layout, live plant collections and preparation, acquisition of materials, production, maintenance, collaboration with offsite media hubs for distribution throughout State, tracking usage numbers

Provide Botany Bin workshops for teachers and coordinate with Utah State Board of Education to provide professional development credit for educators

Assesses individual and community needs for medical education

Oversee the Museum's group schedule activities with specific focus on student and adult group inquiries, bookings, confirmations, guide arrangements, and payments

Accurately relay group policies and procedures to group leaders

Assist the V.P

Provide regular reports to Associate Executive Director and Executive Artistic Director, principals, teachers

Monitor the acquisition and maintenance of supplies, equipment and works to maintain an updated inventory of all items

Survey and maintain current data on the status of arts education programming at school partnership sites
