Responsibilities:

• Manage Successful Delivery of Integration Projects
• Manage customer expectations and work with Coupa / Customer project managers to meet project timeline and quality obligations
• Manage and mentor integration engineers from Coupa and Partners to successfully deliver the solution
• Interface with customer architecture and senior management team on the integration topics/areas
• Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off client site
• Design integration extraction and consumption methodologies in and out of Coupa in a multi ERP environment
• Configure, develop, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and flat file based integrations
• Detect, diagnose, and resolve integration related issues
• Design and build the infrastructure for data extraction, preparation and loading of data from a variety of sources
• Work closely with Solution Architecture to continually evolve and improve best practices and standardised implementation methodologies
• Contribute to the learning of the professional services and delivery teams, supporting our learning experience team to develop the skills and capabilities of our consultants
