Lead Engineer

We are looking for an hands on Lead Engineer to join our business, your role will be to develop, enhance, maintain and play a pivotal role in developing our product. As a team lead of the Moss' Engineering team, you will partner closely with our Product team and your own sprint team. You will lead a small engineering team within one of the product domains. You will be working onsite in one of our offices 3 days a week, and 2 days remote - Berlin, Amsterdam, Warsaw or Tallinn.____

What you bring to the table

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience working as an Lead Engineer
• You ve worked in a fintech space or at least one role at an early stage startup
• Experience leading a team and a proven track record of delivering best-in-class products
• You have a highly-collaborative approach with your product team to ensure you have clarity on what the customer needs, Operations, Legal, Finance Sales, and Marketing teams.
• You have a strong product engineering and customer focussed mindset, taking ownership of not just the how, but also the why of building products
• Growth mentality: You are passionate about what you do and eager to learn and grow with us. You are always ready to explore new approaches, new technologies, and ideas from other members of the team.
