الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist with Creating and regularly updating the Tenant Fit out Guide which must be site specific. Attend Leasing meetings following the signing of the HOT to answer technical queries. The main contact and distributer of information/drawings between the Landlord, the Landlord's design team and the Tenant during the fitting out period. Chair and minute the pre-start meeting with the fit out contractor, the designers, the project management and the Tenant. Formally handover the demise to the Tenant. Prepare and issue Handover Document (including photographic Schedule of Condition) to the Property Management Team, the Landlord Team and the Tenant. Assist the Facilities Manager in closing out any defects raised during the Handover meeting with the Tenant. Review the fit out contractors Health and Safety Plan for the site. Issue the NOC's for on behalf of the Landlord to the fit out contractor / tenant. Review the fit out contractors insurances and ensure compliance with the Lease. Create a log/spreadsheet of the contractors insurances ensure they remain valid throughout the duration of the works. Raise the invoices and Issue the Facilitation Fee letter to the Tenant.
