UI Designer – Brand UI team

As a UI Designer in Wixs Brand UI team youll work at the intersection of Product Design Visual Design Design Systems and Brand helping shape and evolve the visual language of Wixs core products. Youll work across products and teams rather than owning a single feature or flow creating scalable UI solutions and distinctive visual experiences that bring Wixs product and brand closer together and impact millions of users.

Youll combine strong visual craft with systems thinking moving comfortably between the smallest UI details and the bigger picture of how products patterns and visual languages connect.

• Design and evolve visual UI languages and scalable design solutions across Wix products

• Create and refine UI components patterns layouts and product experiences while considering their impact across broader design systems

• Work on a wide range of visual product experiences from complex product UI to motion interactions loaders illustration systems and AI experiences

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers UX teams Product Managers developers Design System teams and Brand and Marketing designers throughout the design process

• Translate product needs brand principles and existing visual foundations into clear thoughtful and scalable product experiences

• Identify opportunities to bring Wixs brand into the product experience in meaningful and functional ways creating stronger connections between product and brand

• Navigate complex and sometimes ambiguous design challenges bringing clarity consistency and a strong visual point of view to cross-product initiatives

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in Product Design UI Design or a similar digital product design role with experience working in a high-tech company startup or design agency.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft attention to detail and experience designing polished digital interfaces
• Strong understanding of design systems UI patterns components hierarchy typography layout and interaction design
• Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to understand how individual design decisions affect larger products experiences and visual ecosystems
• High proficiency in Figma experience working with complex design systems and component libraries and confidence using AI tools as part of the design process
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with curiosity flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment where not every problem comes with a predefined solution
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences or working with motion interaction design and illustration systems an advantage

Brand UI is a small cross-functional design team working horizontally across Wix. We partner with multiple Product and UX teams the Design System team and Brand and Marketing teams to shape the visual quality consistency and identity of Wixs products.

Our work sits at the intersection of Product Design Visual Design Design Systems and Brand. Rather than focusing primarily on individual features or user flows we look at Wixs products as connected visual systems. We create and evolve product visual languages establish scalable UI patterns and explore how Wixs brand can meaningfully come to life within the product itself.
