Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to strengthen operational excellence execution and continuous improvement across our R&D organization.

Reporting directly to the CTO.

You will collaborate with R&D and Product leadership you will help shape how our teams plan collaborate and execute bringing structure consistency and visibility to existing processes while establishing new standards where needed.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with broad organizational impact requiring strong ownership an organization-wide perspective and the ability to influence stakeholders and turn plans into measurable results.

• Facilitate and improve R&D planning processes including PI Planning and Agile ceremonies in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Strengthen cross-team alignment ensuring visibility into dependencies risks and execution progress.
• Establish new operational standards and improve existing SDLC processes ensuring consistency and adoption across teams.
• Act as a central focal point driving accountability follow-through and timely resolution of blockers.
• Own and optimize Jira workflows dashboards and reporting to ensure data accuracy and visibility across R&D.
• Analyze KPIs OKRs and delivery metrics to identify gaps track performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement through process optimization automation and practical adoption of AI tools.
• translate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities.

• Experience driving AI-driven development lifecycle (ADLC) initiatives or organizational AI transformation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a complex multi-team software R&D organization preferably with a prior background in Software Development QA or Engineering.
• Experience in SaaS software product companies with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC and R&D planning processes including PI Planning.
• Demonstrated ability to improve organizational processes establish operational standards and drive change across R&D.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and navigate conflicts without formal authority.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira including workflows dashboards and reporting.
• Strong data-driven approach with experience using KPIs OKRs and performance metrics to improve execution and organizational effectiveness.
• Exceptional ownership independence and communication skills combined with a proactive pragmatic and can-do approach.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
