About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer at CloudBees youll be a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers across Israel. Youll partner with Account Executives to show Israeli enterprises how CloudBees Unify brings governance visibility and trust to software delivery - across the tools they already run - and guide them from first demo through technical win.

Enterprise software delivery is changing fast. AI is writing more of the code and the teams we serve are wrestling with how to review secure and validate it at scale. Youll sit at the center of those conversations: understanding each customers toolchain translating messy real-world delivery challenges into solutions and making the technical case that closes the deal.

What Youll Do

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle: discovery demos technical presentations and proof-of-value engagements
• Map customer DevOps workflows CI/CD pipelines and toolchains - then show how CloudBees Unify layers governance and evidence across them without rip-and-replace
• Translate technical requirements into solutions that solve real business problems from audit readiness to safe adoption of AI-generated code
• Contribute to architecture discussions and support RFPs and security questionnaires
• Act as the technical bridge between customers Sales Product and Engineering - and bring field insight back to shape the product roadmap
• Stay sharp on DevOps and AI-assisted development trends the competitive landscape and CloudBees product updates

What Youll Bring

Required:

• 5 years in a Solutions Engineering Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
• Fluent Hebrew and English - you will run discovery demos and technical workshops in both
• Strong command of DevOps concepts CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins Git Kubernetes Docker and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
• The ability to make complex technical concepts land with both engineers and executives
• Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-moving company

Nice to Have:

• Background as a Software Engineer DevOps Engineer or SRE
• Familiarity with enterprise security compliance and governance requirements (e.g. SOC 2 ISO 27001 the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law change management)
• Experience selling or supporting SaaS or platform products
