The Role

The Senior Product Manager for Field Installer Software Experience will lead the strategy and execution of products and solutions designed for field installation crews of SolarEdge customers.

This role focuses on deeply understanding installers day-to-day workflows challenges motivations and success metrics and translating these insights into impactful software experiences and supporting tools.

The scope includes improving existing products as well as building new solutions from the ground up including:

Software tools for installers

Installation and commissioning guidance

AI-based support and chat solutions

Visual AI validation and installation assistance tools

The role will directly oversee Product Management and UX/UI activities while working cross-functionally with R&D Product Support Marketing Regional Sales Technical teams and additional stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of management experience including 5 years in Software.
• Degree in Science Engineering Design or MBA.
• General Management experience in Software across Product UI/UX Marketing and Business Development. Additional hardware experience is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of User Experience methodologies including how to understand measure and improve user experience.
• Experience working closely with software development teams.
• Proficiency in ClaudeCode and demonstrated hands-on ability to develop an application an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial background an advantage.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment as a matrix manager an advantage.
