Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the SEG PMO in this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs collaborating with global teams across engineering operations finance and sales. You will be the central point of contact for program status risk management and stakeholder communication.

Program Execution:

• Lead the planning execution monitoring and closure of engineering programs from concept to customer delivery.
• Define program scope schedule and budget baselines in collaboration with engineering and functional leads.
• Track program milestones identify deviations and drive corrective actions to maintain commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware software systems manufacturing) across multiple geographies.

Stakeholder & Risk Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers on program status and deliverables.
• Proactively identify assess and mitigate program risks; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Prepare and present executive-level program reviews and status reports.

Process & Continuous Improvement:

• Apply and promote PMO best practices tools and methodologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes templates and reporting frameworks.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience in project or program management in a technology or engineering environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) is required.

Preferred:

• PMP CAPM or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong knowledge of the semiconductor test & measurement industry is a significant advantage familiarity with ATE platforms test cell architecture or semiconductor manufacturing workflows will set candidates apart.
