Alongside our professional services weve built innovative proprietary products including Uniskai our AI-powered FinOps platform for cloud cost optimization and Kuberly our platform engineering solution designed to simplify Kubernetes operations and developer workflows.

As we continue to grow were looking for a Business Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across the organization support our commercial activities and strategic partnerships and build the systems processes and KPIs that enable scalable growth.

What Youll Do

Own and improve operational processes across the company

Define implement and track operational KPIs across departments

Configure and optimize company systems to ensuremanagement dashboards and reporting processes to support data-driven decision-making

Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements

Lead commercial negotiations with customers vendors and strategic partners ensuring favorable business outcomes

Manage commercial agreements including MSAs SOWs NDAs procurement agreements renewals and compliance processes

Work closely with internal and external legal counsels and internal stakeholders on contract-related matters

Support and manage operational activities with strategic partners including AWS Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure

Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales Finance HR Marketing and Delivery teams

Drive strategic projects in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Economics Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field

3 years of experience in Business Operations Commercial Operations Contract Management Operations Management or a similar role

Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts with customers vendors and partners

Experience working with MSAs SOWs NDAs procurement agreements and other commercial contracts

Experience implementing processes KPIs and operational reporting frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and project management abilities

Strong business acumen and commercial mindset

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hebrew and English

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Strong ownership mentality and hands-on approach

Experience in a startup or technology company - an Advantage

Experience with CRM ERP BI and operational management systems - an Advantage

Experience working with legal teams procurement processes or compliance requirements - an Advantage
