Global Learning & Training Team Lead

KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Global Learning & Training Team Lead to join our growing delivery team. Were seeking an innovative hands-on professional who can both shape our global training strategy and personally deliver it designing programs running sessions and building content while growing and leading a team across multiple locations.

Youll be a key member of our middle management team collaborating closely with Delivery Support Customer Success Product and all other company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead manage and grow a global learning & training team
• Define and drive the global customer training strategy
• Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
• Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
• Execute special projects as assigned by department management

Hands-on Delivery

• Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams partners and customers
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
• Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
• Build and maintain e-learning content
• Lead and organize customer events both physical and virtual
• Oversee external knowledge portal management

Requirements:

Must Have

• Proven training and learning development experience including hands-on delivery
• Proven experience in team management
• Experience developing and implementing e-learning solutions
• Experience organizing and leading customer events
• Excellent English and Hebrew written and spoken
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences from end users to executives
• Technology oriented
• Strong project management capabilities
• Strong innovative thinking a creative approach and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility in working hours (global role)
