Financial Controller

As we continue to grow were looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving financial excellence across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team influence business decisions and help build scalable financial processes in a fast-growing technology company.

What Youll Do

Own the companys financial operations reporting and controls
Manage monthly quarterly and annual financial closing processes
Oversee budgeting forecasting cash flow management and financial planning
Analyze company performance and provide actionable insights to management
Track profitability across customers projects and business units
Work closely with external auditors tax advisors and financial institutions
Monitor revenue recognition invoicing collections and vendor payments
Develop and improve financial processes KPIs and reporting systems
Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and business modeling
Ensure compliance with accounting standards regulations and internal controls

What Were Looking For

CPA certification (Israel) required
3 years of experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant preferably in a technology company
Strong understanding of financial reporting budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
Experience working with ERP and financial systems (Priority ERP is an advantage)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with data and financial models
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
Independent proactive and hands-on approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
